Return & Refund

1. SCOPE

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made, Kishan Candle grants its customers a right of return of 14 working days. Beyond these 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

 

2. RIGHT OF RETURN

The right of return is subject to the condition that the item(s) is in its original condition, undamaged, showing no signs of use and is returned in its entirety, including all accessories and documents. delivered in the packaging.

To exercise the right of return and start the refund process, the customer must inform Kishan Candle by e-mail (info@kishancandle.com), indicate the reason for the return, communicate these bank details as well as the invoice number or delivery note.

 

3. TRANSPORT COSTS

Shipping costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the sender. They are not refundable.

In the following cases, the return costs will be borne by Kishan Candle, when you receive an item other than the one ordered, when you receive an item that was not ordered.

For security and speed, we recommend that you send the item(s) you wish to return by post with a trackable shipping service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

 

4. PROCESSING TIME

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you within 3-5 business days to let you know we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will then be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

However, if the refund does not reach you, please double check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to appear officially.

Then contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

5. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

If the merchandise you received is damaged or defective in any way, or does not match your original order, we will be happy to refund you.

 

6. SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Only standard priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not.

 

In case of discrepancies in the language of these rules, the French version prevails.
